With a ratio of three caregivers to 10 residents, Bella Vista offers unparalleled individual care that is only possible in a small setting.
The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) recently awarded its “Excellence in Care Dementia Program of Distinction” status to The Academy at Bella Vista in Boulder, Colorado for achieving AFA’s national standard of excellence for facilities that provide care to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related illnesses. The Academy at Bella Vista is the 17th in the nation to earn this national designation.
We designed Bella Vista with the intention of creating a home-like environment unlike any other we had seen. We felt it was important that the facility felt more like “home” and less like a facility.
